When you're already healed...
Uh? Whether from a past relationship? or from losing someone you love?
Moving on ...
It's really difficult, and it's a super long process, but it is one astonishing achievement when you passed through it.
You know, you'll encounter so many cold sleepless nights. You'll often cry to sleep. You'll often breakdown everywhere because it seems that everything reminds you of that someone you've lost. You've just lost your whole self, because that someone keeps on hanging in there and consuming all of your system. It sucks. It really suuucks. It's just so unfair that while you're there still suffering, that someone is out there living his life like there's nothing happened.
And the most difficult part is you tend to pretend that you're okay, because you don't want to bother your family, friends, or other people, of what you are struggling. So you keep it all by yourself, cause you are afraid that they may not understand you or they might judge you. That's why you go cry and cry at night and then the next thing you need to do in the morning is to fake a wholesome smile.
Let it be. Cry until you cry no more. Hurt until it hurts no more. Just learn the language of acceptance, and everything good will follow.
You'll not gonna be wasted forever. Time heals. Just don't rush, resist, or deny that moment, because if you do, it'll be a lot more difficult for you .
It's ok to cry sometimes. It's okay to be weak sometimes. It's ok to be hurt sometimes. It's ok to fail sometimes.
We are meant to feel and experience that kind of things.
Baby, pick up your broken self, piece by piece.
Fix yourself slowly, no need to rush things.
Get up, and do something outrageous!
Pray
Breathe fresh air.
Make some changes in you appearance.
Buy new stuffs.
Express yourself freely and boldly.
Hang out.
Do more of what you love.
Just do it slowly. Like a baby that learns how to walk for the first time.
And while you do those things, you'll just notice that you don't feel the same anymore. You don't cry at night anymore. You don't usually fake a smile anymore. You don't remember that someone usually like before.
And that means you are one step forward to it. Because you are slowly learning to accept and acknowledge the positive and the negative sides of your situation.
But baby, you can't tell exactly when you are going to be healed. It's uncertain.
But always believe that everything will eventually fall into place.
Let go and let God.
You will be healed. In time, through patience.
Trust yourself you can do this.
